Sexological consultation in Kraków
A sexological consultation is a meeting with a psychologist and sexologist where you can talk about what is usually hard to say out loud: your sexuality, needs, worries and difficulties in your intimate life.
You do not need a referral or a “serious reason”. It is enough that something troubles you, hurts, or that you simply want to understand yourself better.

What it looks like
The meeting. A consultation lasts 50 minutes. You say as much as you want, in your own words — the specialist asks, listens and helps you name what you have come with. There is no physical examination; it is a conversation.
How many meetings. Sometimes one meeting is enough to make sense of the situation and leave with concrete suggestions. When the topic needs longer work, you agree a further plan together — more consultations or psychotherapy.
What comes next. At the end you get a suggestion: further consultations, individual psychotherapy, work as a couple, or a medical consultation if the difficulty may have a medical cause.
Without judgement. The conversation is confidential and takes place in an atmosphere of respect. There are no inappropriate topics or “strange” questions.

How is this different from seeing a medical sexologist?
At Primavera the consultation is led by a psychologist and sexologist: we work through conversation — on emotions, relationships, beliefs and experiences. If the difficulty may have a medical cause, we will suggest which doctor to see.
Do I have to talk about everything?
No. You say as much as you are ready to. The pace of the conversation is yours.
How much does a consultation cost?
From 250 PLN for 50 minutes. All prices are in the price list.
Can the consultation take place online?
Yes. Sexological consultations are held at our practice at Szlak 77 in Kraków and online, by video.
Can I come with my partner?
Yes — for couples we offer a separate form of meeting, the sexological consultation for couples.
Why have a sexological consultation
Sexuality is part of life, like sleep, food and relationships — and yet we rarely talk about it, even with those closest to us. Many people carry questions, unease or a sense that “something is wrong” for years, because they do not know whom to tell.
A sexological consultation exists so that there is such a place. You talk with someone who has psychological and sexological training, knows how to ask without judging, and can tell when a difficulty needs longer work and when reliable information and a few concrete suggestions are enough.

Adults of every age come for a consultation — in a relationship and single, in crisis and out of curiosity.
