A consultation is a first meeting with a specialist — for many people the simplest way to start. You tell us what is happening, and we help you name the difficulty and think together about which form of help would suit you best.
You do not have to commit to long therapy straight away. Sometimes one meeting or a few are enough.
The meeting. A consultation lasts 50 minutes. The specialist asks about your current situation, how long the difficulties have lasted, how they affect your life and whether you have used help before. You can ask questions too — about the way of working, experience, how therapy goes.
How many meetings. Usually 1–3. That is normally enough to see what you need.
What comes next. At the end you get a suggestion: individual psychotherapy, work as a couple, a group, a psychiatric consultation, or simply a concrete piece of advice. If you decide to continue, you agree how often to meet, at what time and on what terms.
Confidentiality. A consultation is confidential and takes place in an atmosphere of respect, without judgement.

Prices are “from” — you will see the exact price when booking, or we will tell you over the phone.
At Primavera this form of work is provided by one person.

Can’t find an answer? Call us — we are happy to talk.
A consultation is an exploratory meeting: we name the difficulty and choose a form of help. Psychotherapy is regular, longer work on change.
No. The decision is yours. Sometimes a consultation settles the matter, sometimes it is the beginning of therapy with the same person or with someone else from the team.
From 220 PLN for 50 minutes. All prices are in the price list.
Yes, if the specialist works online. You will find that information on their profile.
You do not have to. It is enough to come and describe in your own words what is happening. If you have medical records or results of earlier consultations, you can bring them.
Many people put off a first visit because they do not know what to expect or whether “this is reason enough”. A consultation is there to check exactly that — without committing to months in advance.
It also gives you something a search engine cannot: a conversation with someone who knows the different forms of help and works in a team. If it turns out that someone else can help you better — a therapist who works with couples, a specialist in trauma or a psychiatrist — we will say so directly and help you make an appointment.
It helps to start by naming your needs: what you are coming with and what you want to change. Then look at what a given person works with — on the profiles of our therapists each person writes what people most often come to them with and how they work. Qualifications and experience matter, and so does the simple sense that you can speak openly with that person.
If the choice is hard, call: 662 888 417. We will talk and help you find a specialist.
The first meeting is a conversation, not an exam. We explain what happens in it, how long it lasts, what the therapist will ask about and whether you need to prepare.
Call, write or pick a date online. If you are not sure whom to see — we will help you choose.
